Current Opportunities
Supervisor
As a supervisor at Subcool Mechanical, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our projects. You will lead a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include planning, and scheduling work, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
In addition to your strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in computer skills is highly desirable for this position. As a Supervisor, you will be expected to effectively utilize tools to assist in project management, resource allocation, and reporting.
Journeyman
As a Journeyman at Subcool Mechanical, you will bring extensive knowledge and experience in plumbing, gasfitting, or HVAC to deliver high-quality mechanical services. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Apprentice
As an apprentice at Subcool Mechanical, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in plumbing, gasfitting, or HVAC under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will assist Journeyman and gain hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.
